So…what is your dream?

We know that sometimes it’s not easy to keep working toward fulfilling a dream, and sometimes, it seems like everything is against you. We all need encouragement from time to time to help us through those inevitable low points to make it to the next peak. That’s what this page is about. Here are some great resources we’ve used that have been sources of encouragement. We hope they’ll help you, too!

Places to start, things to consider…

Perhaps you’re beginning a new business venture. There are so many things to think about! We know; we’ve been there. But there are so many valuable resources out there that are right under your nose and are worth considering. Here are a few things that have helped Dream Seed Multimedia along the way. They’re too good in our opinion to keep secret!

• SCORE (Service Corps of Retired Executives), a terrific, free, unbiased counseling service for new and veteran entrepreneurs
• Books by Rhonda Abrams, particularly Six-Week Start-Up
• Pennsylvania Open for Business website, an excellent resource for fellow Pennsylvanians opening a business

Our favorites for personal enlightenment:

• The Artist’s Way by Julia Cameron (Warning: If you work through this book seriously and playfully, you WILL change your life!)
• Finding Your Perfect Work by Paul and Sarah Edwards
